Momentary / maintained outputs on QSE-IO

I'm trying to control a low voltage dimmer via a QSE-IO output, this particular device has to wires that take a momentary contact closure input.
One press will turn it on, press it again and it turns off but if the device is on and you hold the contacts closed, it will dim the lights down and then up until the button is released. Is there any way this could be accomplished with a QSE-IO?
    Any suggestion?

You can make the CCO output maintained. On the keypad button, program it as a dual action. On the press, close the CCO, on the release, open the CCO. As long as you have the button pressed, the CCO will be closed; as soon as you release it, the CCO will open.
