Crestron shade control

How do I control Crestron shades via QS keypads? I am connected to Crestron, with control from Crestron of standard QS keypad function. How do I send commands to control the Crestron shades?

Just pick a lutron keypad button and monitor the press and release strings in Crestron and when you receive the appropriate button press from the lutron processor control the Crestron shade via the Crestron processor.

I did it the other way round, to be able to change the programming from the Lutron only. I created a list of control commands (z1open z1close z1 stop etc.) and the Crestron does nothing more than obey these orders.
