Homeworks QS won't activate a seeTemp with a Celsius button kit - any idea why?

It will state device status is good but the device temp heard is not supported.



Can I just switch out the button kit to Fahrenheit and correct this?

The error on the button kit was mine and it should have shipped out with a Fahrenheit one but I am at a loss as to why it won't activate as the button kit shouldn't matter.

Try another one. I've had keypads that would just do that regardless so I'd just use a different one that worked and returned the ones that don't.

Please ensure the software settings in "Tools->Project Settings->Location" and temperature settings match the SeeTemp added to the project. If the project settings have temperature in Farenheit, then the SeeTemp model number should finish in "-F". If the project settings are in Celsius for Temperature, the SeeTemp model number should finish in "-C".
