I figured I would do a Caseta switch (on/off) for my porch/garage exterior lights, so I never ended up with partially dimmed exterior lights. But my home is older and the porch required no neutral, so I did a dimmer on the porch and a on/off on the garage lights. I like how the porch slowly turns on, and while I can't imagine a scenario I would need to, I can always dim porch lights if needed. And since switches are the same price, I was thinking of running dimmers all around and relocating the on/off to a bathroom.
Are you guys running dimmers all around or just interior? Also, and I'm sure its a simple budget question, do you have bath exhaust fans on Caseta or just a traditional toggle? We have 6 bathrooms so that's another $300, but I need to order wall plates and figure now is the time to do it. Are you running dimmers or on/off in hallway? I guess the question is what is advantage to on/off for lights, maybe there isn't one? Lastly, my kitchen chandalier has (30) 25W bulbs, so 750W, wife doesn't want LED on this fixture, any Caseta option above 600w?
PS - I assume Pico remotes tethered to a dimmer don't count towards the 50 device limitation?
