Angry HWQS Integration with Onkyo AV Receiver

Im looking to have a new integration between Lutron Homeworks QS and Onkyo AV receiver.

I checked all posts under 3rd party integration and cannot find anything related to integration with Onkyo AV receiver.

currently im using Lutron Designer version 13.2.0 and I have added Ethernet Device and configured the IP address and port 60128 which is the default port the receiving all commands set and I have assigned the Ethernet device to QS Ethernet. and I got the command set sheet from Onkyo that used for integration (i.e. power on, power off etc...) but it's not working.

please I need your help to fix this issue.

I did two different tests to control the Onkyo AV receiver as following:

2- from Lutron Processor which is NOT working (IP address is

You can find below the command that being used for Power Off and Power ON the Onkyo AV Receiver:
    1- Power ON: ISCP\x00\x00\x00\x10\x00\x00\x00\x08\x01\x00\x00\x 00\x211PWR01\x0D\x0A
    2- Power Off: ISCP\x00\x00\x00\x10\x00\x00\x00\x08\x01\x00\x00\x 00\x211PWR00\x0D\x0A

In addition, I did two packet captures for the working (MacBook Notebook) and NOT working (Lutron Processor). Attached are the packet captures files.
And I have generated a support file from Lutron Designer that will help for troubleshooting. Attached is the Lutron Support file.

Note: the IP address of Onkyo AV Receiver is

Did you take a look at the 3rd party Homeseer (HS3), it have option to control QS and also control Onkyo, Harmony and more.
