I had to fix a problem with one of these systems the other day and I was wondering what one has to do to get the software for these in order to change the program. The owner plans on getting the management sw but if I need to change module loads or add switching or dimming mods I'd need the software. It's basically a Home works system so what's required.

You would need to know the job number and then you can contact our technical support at 1-800-523-9466 and they can send you a link for the version of the software that was used at that site. You will also need a copy of the database for that job.
