    "Virtual" Keypad for Connect App?

Hello, does anyone have the instructions for adding a virtual keypad that is accessible in the Lutron Connect app? I added a keypad to a room in the design tab, then assigned one light to it in the program tab to test, but it's not showing up in Connect after a transfer.

I'm on Homeworks QS software 13.2.0 and Lutron Connect iOS 6.3.2.

You can add a physical keypad in the software it will show up in the app. I typically use the HQR-T15RL. You will get a warning on the upload but it will work.

Phantom keypads are more for integration.

Do you have to link it? I tried adding a physical keypad (via design and then programmed one button), but it does not show up as a keypad in the connect app under the devices tab (where the real keypads are shown).

It has to be assigned to a link. It needs the address to function. You do everything but activate the keypad.

Phantom Keypad support in Lutron Connect would make sense

Unfortunately, Phantom keypads can't be used for Alexa or Google Home integration because they don't appear in the Lutron Connect app. they are definitely useful in integrations, and would be very useful in Alexa and Google Home integrations, if only they could be used there! So we all do the "fake" physical keypad trick. But it is kind of odd.
