    4 button Pico availability

Looking for information on a date for the new 8.0 software to be released.

The RadioRA2 version 8.0 is currently scheduled to be released at the end of October.

It was my understanding that the middle two buttons will only be raise/lower in Ra2 as opposed to scene buttons. Is this correct? I think a four scene Pico controller in Ra2 would be useful, similar to how the 4 button will be available in HomeWorks.

The 4 button pico in the RadioRA2 system a 4 scene configuration, a 2 group configuration, and a 2 scene with raise/lower configuration. The 2 scene with raise/lower configuration has the raise/lower buttons as the middle two buttons.

Hmm, there's one day left in October - is it still on track?

And more importantly, have they made these reasonable changes we've talked about for a while?
    • Add all the engraving icons to the software for iOS apps
    • Allow some events not to be randomized when Away (i.e. lights that come on at dusk every day shouldn't be randomized

    :-)

Agreed. There are a few more I've seen posts about, around how half the Home+ app is useless for those without thermostat/HVAC integration, and how it'd be great to have your own arrangeable panel of controls.

Sounds good to me. Definitely HOME+ would benefit from some customization potential to find the rooms, sort and group controls, etc. I just hope some of these small updates can go in if they haven't been yet planned.
