Motion sensitivity???

In reading about the Maestro MS-OPS2H-XX, I see motion sensitivity mentioned but never defined. Where can I learn exactly what that means in terms of distance or height or motion required? Or however it is quantifiably (sp?)defined.

Sorry, I appreciate your effort however this is almost no help at all. Here is what is says about sensitivity.

Sensitivity Options
• High sensitivity (default)
• Low sensitivity

Page 6 that you referenced does not mention sensitivity at all. It does mention Major and Minor motion but does not say how that relates to High or Low sensitivity. I suspect there is is a connection and the documentation should clearly state how sensitivity and motion are related. For example, it makes sense to me that Low sensitivity would recognize Major motion but not Minor motion whereas High sensitivity would recognize both Major AND Minor motion. I have had discussions that lead me to believe this may not necessarily be the case... hence my question to the forum.

By the way (for the benefit of others reading this), Major and Minor motion are defined as

Major motion: movement of a person entering or passing through an area.
Minor motion: movement of a person occupying an area and engaging in small activities (e.g., reaching for a telephone, turning the pages of a book, opening a file folder, picking up a coffee cup).

Below is a link to our MSCL-OP153M Advanced Programming Guide, on page 4 it directly states the correlation:

You are correct the high sensitivity looks for both major and minor motion and if you set it for low it will only look for major motion.
