Not able to activate some dimmers/Keypads on RadioRA 2 Essentials

Background: This is a new installation of RadioRA 2 solution using Essentials software. I'm able to successfully connect to the bridge, 1x repeater and all but one (1) group of dimmers/keypads in kitchen area.

After successfully activating the group of devices (dimmers/keypad) in the kitchen area, I did not save my work in Essentials software and my laptop battery died. Now the Essentials software is not able to recognize this specific group of devices. The system has successfully been able to active other devices but for some unknown reason, this specific group in kitchen area are not connecting.

I'm wondering if there's a reset that needs to take place for this group of devices (dimmers/keypad) for kitchen area?

Check the activation tab to make sure the kitchen group isn't already activated. If not, factory reset the items in the kitchen and try to activate again. Should go through without a hitch.

Yes, Factory reset of dimmers and keypad was the resolution. To reset; I hit button 3x quickly and hold until LED start flashing then subsequently hit button 3x more times.

Easy!
