Question unable to program timer on/off

Have looked and do not find source docs for end user programming.
Timers worked originally, but suddenly ceased to function. Suspect there is a programming detail I am missing, but everything seems to be set up correctly and the test function turns the lights on and off no problem. Am I missing something simple or am I likely headed for a service call?

Easy? No. It is printed on a sticker on the side of the device. You will need to pull it out of the wall.

I found what I hope are the right numbers on an installation report (2014). These are from switches:

    RRD-H3BSRL-WH
    RRD-6CL-WH
    RRD-W3BSRL-WH
    RRD-W6BRL-WH

I appreciate your taking a look at this.
