Same shades moving at different speeds

    Hello all.
I have 2 identical shades one next to the other.
Same motor, same fabric, same width and same length.
When installed aprox 1 year ago they moved exacty in unison, but now they are moving at different speeds. Not a lot of difference, but both start moving together and one gets to the end 3 seconds before the other. They are QED R64.

    I appreciate any feedback.

    Thank you.

It's not unheard of. Since you are in the HQS forum I assume you mean they are QS shades. There is an option under "Tools" in HQS for setting the shade speed. Shade support can confirm what the correct setting should be for the shade you have.

    Hello Randy!

I think "They are QED R64" answers your assumption :)
Will try that, I never saw that tool.
What i find weird is that they are exactly identical shades. Same fabric, same size, same motor.
Fabric wear shouldn't be the reason since it would happen on both shades at the same time.

    Thanks.

There is also the IHA (Intelligent Hembar Alignment) tool from the Mylutron site.

You will need the IHA tool. The tool I was referring to is in the HQS software and applies to QS shades.
