    Wireless Occupancy sensors integrate

    My Occupancy sensor is LRF4-OCR2B-P with RF Receiver QSM4-XW-C?i have programed with the lights?now it can turn on and turn off the lights?but there is no message like “~DEVICE,20,2,3” reported in
    terminal when
    occupied or unoccupied ?and i have enabled all Monitoring ,it only report the " ~GROUP,10,3,3",how can i solve the problem?The processor is HQP6-2

    Thank you for your post.
    First make sure that the sensor is enabled for integration and has an ID set. Next, open terminal and turn on all monitoring. Test the sensor with a 1 minute timeout to see if it sends the DEVICE and GROUP feedback. If not then create a support file and send it to hwsupport@lutron.com referencing this post.
