Pairing RA2 dimmer with hybrid keypad, without main-rep

All the systems I've done so far have included a main-rep and bridge, but now have a situation that we would like more than what caseta or ra2select may provide, but not quite need a main-rep / bridge.

Can a hybrid keypad be manually programmed to dimmers without a main-rep?

I don't believe you can do this. There were some manuals that implied being able to connect a standard keypad with a dimmer without the main, but we were never able to get this to work. I believe you will be stuck with running a main for this application.

Why not look into a 4 button pico and 2 dimmers? You can manually pair the RA2 dimmers directly to the Pico. Would accomplish your task and set you up for expansion later.
