Service agreements

I am just wondering what everyone else puts out to their clients for service agreements after the initial setup and programming? We are considering doing a yearly pay agreement to cover costs of having to roll a truck. We also charge on a one time basis after a year depending on the client. Do any of you use a service agreement? What kinds of charges do you find that works? Thanks!
