    Home+ App for iPhone not showing Dynamic Keypads

    The system has 5 Dynamic Keypads that are active and functioning. Lutron Designer software recognizes these and troubleshooting shows no issues. Unfortunately, similar to phantom keypads, the iPhone App will not recognize or display them. Are Dynamic Keypads not supported by Hoe+ for iPhone?

    Correct, the Dynamic keypads are not supported by the Lutron app. Thank you for this feedback.

    Support for the Dynamic Keypad should be added to the Connect App. It would be nice in LHC+, but at this point the Coonect App would be a better fit.
