issue with CFL lights and rrd-8ans

In my dining room I have 5 identical CFL's controlled by an 8ans switch (and rd-rs). 1 of the 5 CFL's glows slightly when the switch is off. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Eric,

Do you know if the first light connected to the dimmer is the one experiencing this issue?
If you swap two bulbs around does the issue remain with the location?
Also can you please provide us the make and model of the bulbs being used?

Craig, there are 5 CFL's in a chandelier and I'm assuming they are wired in parallel to each other. The bulbs are all the same and were installed by the builder 3 years ago. This is the only fixture on this circuit, controlled by RRD-8ANS and a RD-RD in a 3-way configuration. TP120-13MSL (GU24) 13W 2700K.

If you remove this bulb from the chandelier does another bulb then experience this issue?
