Cant see Designer Style Kepads in software

I am configuring a HWQS system that is using Designer style Keypads, but i am unable to find them in the controls toolbox. therefore i am unable to add them into the system.

I am UK based, but the project I am working on is in the Bahamas.

You can change the faceplayte style from designer to architectural for the entire project by going to "Tools->Project Settings->Appearance". In the appearance tab, use the dropdown to change the faceplate style and choose your finish. You can also change the style of inidividual keypads by expanding a keypad in the "Design->Controls" screen and clicking on the "View Properties" link.

I too have experienced this... just today as a matter of fact. Is there a way to show ALL of the keypads when adding them to your toolbox? (I'm a control freak)

You will only be able to have either Designer or Architectural displayed as the default setting for keypads in the software; however, every individual keypad can be changed by clikcing on the "View Properties" link for the keypad.
