    Diagnostic LEDs

    Hi

    New to Forum.

Where can we find a definitive list of LED diagnostics for all HWQS hardware?

The great majority of LED diagnostic codes for the hardware components should be in the install sheets you can download from www.lutron.com on the HomeWorks QS page. If there is a specific blink pattern you are curious about, please describe it to us and the issue being experienced with it.

    Hi

It would be useful if Lutron had one document with all LED diagnostics codes.

I am particularly looking at the QS Sensor Module. We have a lot of trouble with the LOS-CDT sensors hard-wired back to the QSM modules. In particular sensors continually activating and therefore not turning off lights/fans.

We also have one LOS-CDT sensor which was working but now only sometimes works. The QSM(s) have a very fast 3 blink LED. Not sure if the LED shows communications or error

In order to best be able to determine why the sensors are either activating more or less than what would normally be expected, please send the information below to hwsupport@lutron.com and reference this forum post:

    - A support file from the system after you note the date/time the issue has occurred. In order to gather a support file, you would need a connection to the system and click on "help->support->create support file". A support file will contain the processor logs which will record processor events and will tell us when the sensors are activating (or not) and may help us determine why they are doing so.
    - The specific sensors having issues, as well as if the specific sensor is activating more than normal or less
    - The dates and times the issue was observed so we may review in the support file logs

Today I was helping a coworker diagnose a locked up illumination processor. The LED diagnostics in the help pages of HWI were very informative. A help page like that in the QS program would be welcome.
