RRd-6NA Not showing on Radio Ra 2 Software

Hello,

I'm new to Lutron programming. I'm trying to program to a client who has 3 6NA dimmers to control ELV zones. As you can see on the image attached there is no option to select the ELV device type so I can't find the 6NA dimmer. I'm using Radio Ra 2 7.5. Does someones knows what's happening, is this a lack of configuration somewhere?

In order to best investigate this, could you please tell us what country was the software configured to? You can verify this by going to "Settings->Location".

Try selecting "INC/MLV with neutral" as your choice, then 6NA should be on the list.
