    Homeworks QS to Hai communications

    Hi there.

Im trying to get the communications going between a lutron processor(with dmx controller for dimming a led strip set of lights,a dmx decoder)and a HAI board.I have followed the lutron protocol for sending/receiving from 3rd party(#DEVICE,10,1,3) but i get no results.

I think i have all the details in my lutron programming, but none the less i cant be 100% sure of it.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thank you

We see from your third party controller in the software, the command you are expecting to receive from the third party is #DEVICE,8,1,3 or #DEVICE,8,2,3 and not #DEVICE,10,1,3.
