I recently ran into a problem and thought I would share it with everyone. On the iPad app if you click Controls & Monitor >> Temperature there is a section called "schedule". Below this it would say "waiting for date and time" and you couldn't set any hvac schedules. (iPhone error = invalid date/time ).

This install used an HVAC controller.

These are the items which tech support and I tried

1) remove the install/profile from the app.
2) Power cycle HVAC controller
3) Power cycle the main repeater
4) Re-push the firmware (even if it's the latest select Tools >> update main repeater firmware)
5) De-activate / Re-activate the hvac controller
6) Re-download system file to main repeater

After step 6 it took about 3-5 minutes for the On, Off, Edit buttons to appear.
