How to program dimmer to turn on in a specific % of dim??

Hi everyone How can I program the dimmers to turn on in an specific % of light. I think the default is 100% I have the LED RRD-6CL dimmer and its not like the other dimmers that when you leave it at some % they will turn on on the % you left it, if someone can help me with this issue I will appreciate it.

    REGARDS!!

On the Design tab, right-click on the dimmer and hit Advanced Settings and then set the On Level to desired % or "Last Level" (can also Apply to All dimmers).
