RRD-H6BRL controlling LED lighting
Can the keypad be used to control LED lighting (CR6/ CR4) - on/off only or can it dim the lamps?
Thanks

For controlling the Cree CR6 and Cree CR4 LED's our best recommendation would be to use the RRD-10ND or the RRD-6NA dimmers. For switching these loads the hybrid keypad cannot be configured to switch loads. You would program the loads to have a 0 second fade but the load would still be controlled by the dimming circuit.

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm surprised you don't mention the 6CL? Is it just a matter of the 6CL not being tested yet with those Cree bulbs, or do they actually do a better job?

I was told that there was significant buzzing

If a user with all led lighting wants a wall mounted keypad, what options are available?
Thanks

The elephant in the room, when will the hybrid phase adaptive dimmer be available? We all know there will be one. :)

You mean a adaptive phase keypad? The RRD-6NA is an adaptive phase dimmer available today.

I guess I could have used the word keypad, but I said hybrid. There isn't a hybrid keypad that's phase adaptive.

actually, hybrid is the correct word to use since a keypad doesnt control a load. and to the OP, just try it! i have used a hybrid to control led's with great success. even as few as 1 bulb!

Can you share what kind of LEDs you've run with hybrids that work well? Thanks!
