Downloading an existing program HELP???

I have an issue. I hired a programmer to install Radio Ra2 into a customers house. This guy ended up being a deadbeat. I now need to see how I can download the existing program to my computer so that I can make changes. Is it possible to download an existing program? If so, how can I go about this?? Thank you in advance for your help.

Extraction is available to L2/Inclusive software users. The extraction can take place if the programmed system was done in 6.0 or later software. From your user name, are you from Tazz Lighting in San Diego?

No I am in Las Vegas. I do have the License for the 100 devices. So I guess that means that I need to up it to the L2 License. That bites. I have a clients that is leaving back to Lake Tahoe and wants all this up and running before she leaves. Thank you for your response.
