    Lqse-4a-d

    Hello.
I have one information question. Namely, in one hotel we had installed HomeWorks QS system and among other there is few LQSE-4A-D adaptive modules. One of them control retrofit LED luminaries, and it can dim these luminaries until 18%, and after that luminaries are turned off. Few days ago we install new LQSE-4A-D adaptive module in the same hotel for other retrofit LED luminaries and it can dim them until 1% :) . Does somebody know the reason?

Lutron has made a new release of the module to improve performance of some phase controlled LED. This is for LQSE-4A modules manufactured post-April 2014 consisting of new hardware AND new software (date code X15 and later and firmware 7.085 and later). The date code can be found on the label on the upper right hand corner of the unit.

    Hi Armando,

Does this also affect the QSNE-4A-D?

Yes, the same firmware and fix were implemented on the QSNE-4A modules.
