    Engravings

    Can anyone tell me where to match up the numbers that Lutron put on the engravings to the numbers in my program? The device number used to be on the sheet, now there is a sticker with a client name and a generic number.

    I just got a bunch of them last week. The sticker had the room "drill-down" right on it,

    Main House - Main Floor - Family Room - Entry Keypad.

    Are you not submitting the engravings right from the software? All info you put into your system file pertaining to location should automatically populate on that report.
