RPM Blink Codes

A tech on-site has an RPM doing a 3 blink, pause pattern on the load type light of a RPM-4A. The load in question is doing some random things, similar to a load that is under wattage, however it is 300w of Par20 bulbs. The load directly below it is an LED load that meets the min wattage, I am having the electrical contractor install a LUT-LBX just to be sure.

I haven't come across this before, is there a document outlining the blink codes anywhere?

UPDATE: They found it in the manual
Shorted component, replace the the RPM, internal device (FET) shorted.
