Addressing Shades that were Previously in Another System

We had a dealer that was having difficulties addressing a Honeycomb shade that was in a previous system to his current RadioRa2 system. We thought this information would be useful to shade:

When in activation, the shade would blink once a second because it was activated to a system; unfortunately, not the system at hand thus it would not communicate, re-activate, or transfer.

It is necessary to out-of box the shade first to remove the association with the other system in order to be able to communicate to the current RadioRa2 system. After it was out-of-boxed, it activated and transferred normally.
