Radio Ra 2 7.X Issue

Hi,

Can anyone try to put a Scaling Factor on Pricing when creating a Bill of Materials report?

In my computer when I do this with integer values it works perfect, but when I use 1,30 for example it throws an exception and cracks the program.

I have been able to do the scaling factor without any problem, but it crashes the program when I try and save the bill of materials.

If you are experiencing an issue when saving a report you will need to run the software as an administrator. On the Windows 7 machine right click on the RadiorA2 icon and go to properties. Then click on the compatibility tab. Check the option to run as and administrator and click ok. You will only need to do this once.

I am still using Windows Vista so it doesn't have the compatibility tab. I have tried changing some of the settings under the security tab after right clicking, but haven't found a way to make that work either.

On a Windows VISTA machine right click the icon and selected the properties option
Then click on the shortcut tab
Click on the option for advanced
check the box to run as an administrator
Click ok
Click apply
Click ok

Why should the app need administrator rights? It's just a user app, not system administration for the OS. If it requries admin privileges then there's something wrong with it.
