For controlling DMX zones in a HomeWorks QS system at least one QSE-CI-DMX unit is going to be needed. Attached is a document that will cover programing on the DMX zones in the HomeWorks QS software. You can also watch the online training videos on the HomeWorks resource site under Education > Online Training> HWQS. Here there is a video for DMX design and DMX programming.

I'm having a hard time finding the videos- does anyone know where they are now located?

Hello digit1,
Open the HWQS software. Click the Help menu and select online training. This will require a login to your myLutron account. Once you are logged in this page will have the videos you need. There is also Ra2 videos here as well.
