I am having trouble extracting a file off the main repeater. I am on the same network as the main repeater and it shows up as online when I pull the program off of drop box. When i try to extract the file it immediately pulls up and error message that reads make sure all repeaters are connected properly. My co worker has no problem extracting the file off of his computer on the same networks. Could there be a setting on my computer that is not allowing me to extract the zipped file. I have an HP Envy with an i5 running windows 8.1 and my co worker has an older generation Dell. Any insite would be appreciated.
