    Lights won't go off!

    Dimmer Switch not responding..it's a 120V 600wR1..do i need a new switch? thanks!

    Factory reset it, then reactivate. If that doesn't work, remove the load from the load terminal, factory reset it, add the load wire and then reactivate. Good luck!
