Do you mean by the unresponsiveness of the Lutron reps when we need answers to our questions? Or the insane amount of spammers that get thru to post garbage here? Regarding both of those I say no to your question.

Thank you for your concern. We aim to get the forums moderated within 24 hours of a post that breaks forums rules. Feel free to report any posts you see that violate the rules.
