Ra Select School

Anyone want to school me on Select.
I don't plan on taking any classes for it.
Just looking for basics
Here is what I understand

Main is diff from Full Ra

How about Aux's?

All available devices are the same as Full Ra but will need to be reset for upgrade.

Pico's are the keypads we are stuck with.

Select is more for the app control crowed.

Can Pico's be custom engraved?

Can loads be included/excluded on pico buttons? Is it all for one and one for all just different scenes with the same loads?
