Lights Flash When Using Alexa / Cannot Reset Device

I recently had Caseta devices professionally installed in my home; however, I am having issues with two of the dimmers. With one dimmer, when I use Alexa to turn on the lights, the lights start flashing. In another case I cannot add the dimmer to the Lutron app on my phone. I have tried doing the factory reset on the device and it won't work. The rest of the devices are all working fine. Can someone please help? Thanks!

As far as the flashing, I was able to remedy that by following the "adjust low end trim" process.
