I have a tensioned shade that is on a window and pulls top to bottom. When installed seemed to work fine but now after about two months it is rolling to the right of the tube. Any idea's on what could have changed to cause this to start happening? It is now disabled to keep the art work Lutron printed on the shade from being damaged but need to get this fixed

If you are able, take pictures of the right end of the roller tube, and the hembar end wheels, and send them to email@example.com before making your call.
