    Legacy Software

Is there any place were old versions of the Designer software for HWQS are stored?

I've tried to extract a database before and in my last attempt with ver 11.5 it prompted me for permission to download a small app to be able to extract the project from a processor that was programmed with an older version.

Oddly, when I tried this same technique with another processor, the software just crashes. I used deviceIP to get the version of the software and found out I need the 9.4. Is there a remository or ftp site (didnt found it in myLutron site) were we can download these old versions? (my bad luck is that I have like 10 versions of the Designer, but not this in particular)

Thanks in advance for the help.

p.s. already contacted support but got no answer to this q...

On myLutron, go to Software and Support, then on left-hand side scroll down to Legacy Products.
Choose HomeworksQS from the drop-down and hit View.
Scroll down to see links to all the older versions of the software.
