    Intermittent Issue on Home+ & Connect Bridge

    Hi all,

    I've got a site that has Homeworks QS installed.

    There is an issue with the app (Home+) whereby whenever owner edits something, once the app starts re-downloading, he will no longer be able to access the app(iPhone X, iPhone 7) for 1-5hrs depending.

    Some other devices eg. iPad might or might not be able to re-download; connect app will not be able to re-download too.

    Any advise what could be the issue?

    Hi Renvyr, I would suggest sending in a Support File from the Home Control+ app and the Homeworks software so we can take a look at the log files to determine what may be causing this to happen. While in the app go to the Settings page and click on the "i" in the lower right corner (iOS) or click the menu (Android) and choose "Send Feedback" and this will create the support file with the email address already generated.
