So it is not indicate that there is problem with the timeclock ?
Because the owner tell me that about 03:30 PM, 02/06/14 the exterior area is ON, and it mean it does not match with the existing timeclock, the exterior should be ON at 05:30 PM. is there any problem with my timeclock or is it just because there is someone pressing the exterior button ?

That message does not indicate any errors are occurring with the time clock. The most likely cause of this issue is due to a button being pressed that controls these lights. Looking at the Illuminations support file it will show you the addresses of the keypads that are being pressed along with the times they were pressed.
