We have received some question on how to troubleshoot problems entering Activation with the RadioRa2 system. We thought this information would be useful to share:

If the RadioRa2 system is having issues entering activation, and may even ask you to save settings on the Main Repeater once more even though this has already been done, there is probably a firewall or antivirus program blocking this communication. We would recommend temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus running in the computer.

Firewalls can be verified by going into the Control Panel and the Windows security settings. There will be an option to turn the firewall on or off.

For antivirus programs, it varies. If you have issues disabling an antivirus program, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for the antivirus as they would be able to best assist with the configuration.
