Any way to get in wall dimmers to remember their last level?

As far as I remember, the in wall radio ra2 dimmers behave like normal maestro dimmers - that is they remember their last level but it was not something I ever worried about so I didn't pay attention. It seems that somewhere down the line, the customer's preset level is overridden. Is there any way to make it not do that? I was at a house today where an AV guy installed the system years ago before going out of business and will be taking over the job and the customer was extremely frustrated that no matter what level she chooses, the next time she turns the light on, it goes to 80%.

Go into the design tab of the software and right click, look for advanced settings and change Preset from whatever (default is 75%) to Last Level. Apply to all, and transfer

Forgot to say, right click on the dimmer (or any dimmer for that matter) in the design tab.
