Lights not turning on when I get home

This option had been working but recently it has stopped. When I am away from home (at night) I have the randomization working fine. As I approach home (I have the radius set at 1 km) all my lights are supposed to turn on. This is no longer happening. One light might be on (from the randomization) but all the lights I expect to be on, are not. Any suggestions as what I can do, to fix this?

If Arriving/Leaving Home is not behaving as expected, please check the following:
    iOS:

    1. iOS Settings>Lutron>Location>"Always"
    2. WiFi, Bluetooth, and mobile data should be enabled all the time
    3. Verify you have your Home Location and other in-app settings set correctly, and "What decides if you are home" set to "My phone"
    4. Settings>General>Background App Refresh should be enabled
    5. Also, try increasing radius to 10,000ft (max) and change settings to "notify me if I leave home and my lights are on" (for troubleshooting purposes).

    Android:

    1. Android Settings>Location>Mode> "High accuracy" or "Battery saving"
    2. WiFi, Bluetooth, and mobile data should be enabled all the time
    3. Verify that you have your Home Location and other in-app settings set correctly, and "What decides if you are home" set to "My phone"
    4. Also, try increasing radius to 10,000ft (max) and change settings to "notify me if I leave home and my lights are on" (for troubleshooting purposes).
    5. Android version 7 and up: the app must be allowed to connect when the screen is off. App version 4.1.2 adds a new screen and notification to inform the user to do this.

Samsung S7 and S8s are very aggressive at optimizing battery, which can affect Geofencing functionality. Check the following:

    • App – Phone Settings > Device Maintenance > Click the Battery in the bottom left
    • Verify that the Lutron App is not displayed under “Always Sleeping Apps”
    • Try adding the Lutron App to the “Unmonitored Apps page"
