    occupancy sensor time setting

Four years ago I installed a 9D10 occupancy sensor switch, and set it to turn off after one minute without sensing motion, the shortest time available. Somehow it now stays on longer. Can anyone tell me how to return to the one minute time? There seems to be a small switch on the right side, under the cover plate.

Do you know the model number?

You can find installation instructions at lutron.com under Service & Support. Your product may be under Legacy Products.

Without knowing the model number of the control, I am only taking a guess based on your description of the control. You should be able to press the large toggle button in and hold it in until the sensor flashes two times. This will set the time out to one minute.

These controls usually do not change settings on their own, is it possible that someone else could have changed the settings, or is it possible detecting movement out a window, or hallway?
