I have a 4A mod that has been fine for months, now constantly trips. The circuit holds just fine with a regular QO breaker. And holds with the AFCI until any of the loads is turned on. Then instant trip.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Arc fault breakers are more sensitive than standard breakers and test for several errors. The breaker should indicate the reason for the trip. This could be a blink code or a combination of LEDs.
I would disconnect the loads from the 4A, then connect 1 at a time to see if you can isolate the issue.
