Grafik eye QS Keypads

I have a system with 4 Grafik Eye QS with 5 keypads (QSWS2-3BI-WH) already working, by mistake i ordered the Keypad model.-QSWS2-1BI-WH but i needed the QSWS2-3BI-WH, is there a way to convert it to a 3 button Keypad (factory default maybe), thanks a lot for your help.

The keypad under the button kit is a the same for all the non-IR QSWS2 keypads. You can order a replacement button kit in any button configuration. The retail price is $75US.

I like to use the 5 button raise/lower. I find it better to have a button that doesn't get used rather than need another one and not have it. If you want to engrave them, call them scene 1, scene 2, etc.

Thanks for the information, but how do i program the buttons, i have tryed the 1&5 with no luck, only works if i press the button that comes originally with the keypad.

You must activate the new buttons. The directions are here:
