RA2 software crashes when starting Transfer

Anyone seen an issue where the RR2 Inclusive app launches fine, can edit programming and design, but when doing "Transfer", the app crashes right after the scrolling window says "Starting Transfer...".

Oddly, this is happening on BOTH my computers today that used to work fine, and it's happening in both 11.6 and 12.0.1.

Would appreciate any tips or suggestions...

    Thanks!

Start with the basics- turn of all firewalls and anti-virus. Even if you've done this before, Windows likes to re-enable Defender during updates. Also, go hard-wire.

Are you getting an error message or does the program just close?

No error message, it just quits... with that dumb "windows is looking for a solution" message after a program quits unexpectedly.

Even after disabling firewall protections I have had to wire directly into the main repeaters before, and transfer one at a time. Just to be clear a patch cord connected directly between my computer and the repeater, and that was at around 9PM, what a nightmare that day was;).

Have had this issue before myself. After so many crashes, I went back and restarted PC, found/re connected both main repeaters and connect bridge and whether its coincidence, true fix, or me fixing it another way unknowingly it seemed to work. I am an electrical contractor myself and am still learning/teaching myself everything so I was surprised to have just read that you can transfer each repeater individually and via hardwire instead of wirelessly. Going now to spend a lot of time figuring those two things out

All of my Ra2 updates, activations and transfers have been wired. I was surprised when I read you could do it wirelessly. Even knowing that I still always do everything wired, it's one less thing to go wrong.
