    Homeworks H-RFP-2P

I got called to a house that I did not setup or do the install. They have a legacy homeworks system with a H-RFP-2P processor. Is there an upgrade path that would allow me to use any of the existing devices? Either Ra2 or HW? I appreciate the insight!

If you can find a processor (from Lutron or on the web) you could upgrade to Illumination. The Illumination software will convert the existing program. You would be able to use all of the existing equipment. The only new feature you would be adding is Ethernet and limited app control.

If you want to go to a QS system (RR2/HQS) the only parts you would be able to use are the companion dimmers/switches. Even the engravings have to be replaced (the LEDs moved from the bezel to the button).

Lutron had trade-in programs. I'm not sure which ones are still active. I found the button kits off the old stuff were worth more than Lutron was offering. Plus I have a few spare parts.
