    Cieling Fans Humming

    I have a remote controled Maestro fan controling two cieling fans and the fans humm loudly.

    Thank you for your post!

    What is the model number of the Maestro fan controller? Additionally, do these fans have pull chains or are they fully variable (like an exhaust fan)? All of our Maestro fan controls are for fans with pull chains. If your fan does not have pull chains it can explain the audible hum, we would recommend using a fully variable control rated for multiple fans, such as the Skylark SFS-5E?.

    If the fans do have pull chains, at this time all of our Maestro fan controls require a canopy module in each fan. Do you have a canopy module installed in each? If you do not this can explain the audible hum as well.
