Where can I get these? The previous installer never terminated the cable that is coming out of the wall.

These connectors come in the hardware kit that ships with the shades. If you are a Lutron Shading dealer, you can order them directly. If you are the homeowner, go to the "where to buy" link in the upper right corner of the www.lutron.com web page to find a local dealer.

Is that the connector to the motor or the cable coming out of the wall? I need the female end.

This is the part number for the connector you would screw onto the wire coming out of the wall. On the shade drive side the connector is permanently crimped to the drive wire.
